Position: consultant trainer "creator of worlds", We are looking for a consultant trainer able to develop the behaviour and methods of every player, from the CEO to the field operator: you work on leadership axes and solution sales
Your role covers all aspects of the mission: understanding players and issues, participatory design of the desired world, drafting training bridges for deploying new behaviour and new approaches.
- Experience in training and supporting teams
- Significant sales practice in solution sales
- Graduate of Engineering or Commercial Grande Ecole
- Bilingual English-French and competent in another European language
- Salary between 45 and 65 K€ + depending on your experience
